Job Description
The Lube and Tire Technician, or General Service Tech, is an entry-level position offering comprehensive training from day one. You will perform maintenance services on guest vehicles, contributing to a team that delivers 5-star guest experiences while ensuring safety and reliability.

Pay is based on experience, plus incentives where applicable.

Responsibilities

1. Changing, mounting, and installing tires
2. Wheel removal, tire repair, balancing, and patch/plug repairs
3. Lubrication and oil changes
4. Inspecting and rotating tires
5. Basic automotive maintenance such as battery installation
6. Training in alignments, brake services, and scheduled maintenance

Compensation: The hourly rate ranges from $17.00 to $19.00, with additional incentives based on experience.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED
• Automotive experience
• Own basic mechanic tools or participate in the tool purchase program
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 18 years old
• Positive attitude and collaborative mindset
• Ability to work with hands overhead, stand long periods, lift 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Automotive technician or tire experience
