AAA Club Alliance is seeking an Automotive General Service Technician in King of Prussia, PA. This role offers entry-level automotive work with opportunities to learn and advance in a fast-paced shop environment.

Starting pay ranges from $17.18 to $24.00 per hour, with full-time hours across five days per week. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and holidays. On-site position with required weekend coverage and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Entry level knowledge of PC-based automotive computer equipment and software applications.
• Valid Driver’s license strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, and install tires and maintain general automotive skills.
• Perform fluid flushes, inspections, belt and hose replacements, battery testing and other basic repairs.
• Clean and maintain test equipment and fluids according to shop guidelines.

Automotive General Service Technician – Hiring Now | AAA Club Alliance

AAA Club Alliance is actively hiring a General Service Technician to join our team! If you have hands‑on experience with basic automotive maintenance and want to grow your career in a fast‑paced shop, we want to hear from you.

At AAA, your success is our success. As an Automotive General Service Technician, we can offer you:

• The starting base compensation for this position is $17.18 to $24.00 hourly. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job‑related factors as permitted by law.
• Our full‑time technicians work a total of 5 days each week, with Mondays, Friday & Saturdays typically required. You’ll get Sundays off each week, and another day during the week off dependent on business need.

What Our Automotive General Service Technicians Do

• Mount, balance, and install tires. Maintain knowledge of general automotive skills, and continue to develop additional technical skills, to enable flexibility in work assignments.
• Perform the following repairs: fluid flush and replacement, visual vehicle inspection, belt and hose replacement, battery testing and replacement, and general automotive repairs.
• Clean and maintain test equipment and machines. Empty portable fluid drains, as necessary, into the bulk waste fluid storage tanks, and clean portable drains in accordance with shop guidelines.

What You Will Need To Succeed

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Entry level knowledge of PC‑based automotive computer equipment and software applications.
• Valid Driver’s license strongly preferred.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time and ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• The ability to complete satisfactory Pre‑Employment Screenings (background check, drug screening, fitness for duty assessment) if offered the position.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
