Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is hiring an Automotive General Service Technician to perform tire services, oil changes, and essential maintenance to keep members on the road. The role offers paid training, opportunities to earn ASE certifications, and a path to advanced technician positions.

Located at 7005 Alexandria Pike, Alexandria, KY, this full-time position requires Saturday shifts. Base pay ranges from $16.37 to $23.02 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of automotive systems; familiarity with PC-based diagnostic tools a plus.
• Prior automotive maintenance or repair experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license strongly preferred.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, and install tires.
• Perform maintenance services including oil changes, fluid flush and replacement, belt and hose replacement, battery testing and replacement, and general automotive repairs.
• Conduct visual vehicle inspections and document findings.
• Maintain and clean shop equipment, including emptying and servicing portable fluid drains in accordance with shop guidelines.
• Continuously build automotive knowledge and technical skills to support future career growth.
• Other duties as assigned.

What We Offer:

• The base compensation for this position is $16.37 - $23.02/hr. Actual pay will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.
• Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week. Team members are required to work Saturdays as part of their regular schedule. The workweek includes one scheduled day off during the week and Sundays off. Additional schedule adjustments may be made based on business needs and approved time off.
• Training & Growth: Paid training, Paid ASE Certifications & opportunities to advance into higher-level technician roles.
