Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes is hiring General Service Technicians for our Huntsville, AL service centers. This full-time role offers paid training, competitive weekly pay, and weekly incentive compensation, plus an $800 New Hire Bonus.

You'll perform essential tire and vehicle maintenance under the supervision of experienced technicians. Ideal candidates are 18+, legally eligible to work in the United States, reliable, punctual, safety-focused, and eager to learn in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on automotive environment.
• Have a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality service.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires
• Performing flat tire repairs
• Completing oil and filter changes
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles
