Job summary

Mavis Tire is seeking General Service Technicians in the Bossier City, LA area to perform essential tire services and basic maintenance. You will work with seasoned automotive professionals, gaining hands-on skills and advancing within a large, nationwide service organization.

The role offers paid on-the-job training, comprehensive benefits, and a path to career growth within Mavis. Prior automotive experience is welcome but not required, with dedicated training provided.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with automotive systems and tire service.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs and oil/filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Maintaining a clean, safe work area and following safety procedures.
• Assisting customers and ensuring timely service completion.
