Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Enfield, CT seeks a General Service Technician to perform essential vehicle services and help customers stay on the road. The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, basic diagnostics, and a team-focused shop environment.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance is required or strongly preferred.
• Ability to operate basic diagnostic tools and PC-based software is a plus.
• Valid driver\'s license is strongly preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills are important for success.

Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, and install tires and perform maintenance services.
• Conduct oil changes, fluid flushes, belt/ hose replacement, battery testing and replacement, and general repairs.
• Perform multi-point inspections and document findings.
• Maintain and clean shop equipment while following safety guidelines.
• Support ongoing learning and career growth through training and ASE certifications.
• Accept other duties as assigned.
