Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is actively hiring an Automotive General Service Technician to join our fast-paced shop team in Southington, CT. The role offers hands-on maintenance work, tire services, and opportunities to advance into higher technician roles.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of automotive systems.
• Familiarity with PC-based diagnostic tools is a plus.
• Valid driver\u2019s license preferred.
• Strong communication skills for teamwork.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, and install tires.
• Perform maintenance services including oil changes, fluid flush and replacement, belt and hose replacement, battery testing and replacement, and general automotive repairs.
• Conduct visual vehicle inspections and document findings.
• Maintain and clean shop equipment and comply with shop guidelines.
• Continuously build automotive knowledge and technical skills for career growth.
• Other duties as assigned.
