Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Enfield, CT is looking for an Automotive Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools. You will help ensure customers travel with confidence and peace of mind.

Starting pay varies by technician tier, with base hourly rates and a 20–30 hour billable week guarantee; full-time schedule typically includes Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays, with Sundays off. Opportunities for productivity bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications or dealership certifications in automotive diagnostics/repairs preferred, or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for prolonged periods.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background, drug, fitness).
• Authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and diagnostic/repair work for engines, transmissions, suspension, brakes, electrical, and heating/AC.
• Develop and maintain specialized technical skills to stay flexible across assignments.
