Job summary

Sports & Imports Auto Group in Georgia is seeking a General Sales Manager to lead and grow a high-performing used-car sales team at one of our busiest locations. You will train, motivate, and close deals while driving traffic and improving processes daily.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, desk duties, coaching, and growing the dealership’s market presence in Georgia.

Qualifications

• 2 years automotive dealership management experience required.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Proven ability to train, motivate, close deals and coach daily.
