Sports & Imports Auto Group in Gainesville, FL is seeking a General Sales Manager to lead a fast-paced used-car operation. You will train, motivate, and coach a sales team, drive traffic and close deals, and set the pace for performance.

The role requires two years of dealership management experience; we offer a guaranteed weekly base of $1,750 plus uncapped commissions, paid training, and a supportive culture with opportunities for rapid advancement.
