Job summary

Advance Auto Parts seeks a General Manager to drive sales, service excellence, and professional customer growth. You will lead a store team, manage inventory and operations, and ensure standards are met while working a demanding schedule.

The role requires 50–55 hours weekly, including nights and weekends, with duties spanning coaching, safety, and performance management. ASE/certs are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of automotive systems.
• Fluent English; Spanish a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; PowerPoint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships and program growth.
• Hire, develop, coach, schedule and engage store Team Members.
• Ensure execution of inventory and operational standards.
• Provide leadership as Manager on Duty and drive safety.
• Lead change management and foster a diverse, respectful environment.
