Alloy Automotive Partners in Houston, TX is seeking an Automotive General Manager to lead a high-volume location and elevate performance across sales, service, and the customer experience.

You will mentor a seasoned team, implement strategic initiatives, and partner with leadership to shape the Houston market and beyond. This full-time role offers an OTE of $150,000+ with a pathway to lasting impact in a fast-moving environment.

Formación

• Proven experience managing a high-level operation in the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities (written and verbal).
• High level of accountability and ownership.
• Problem-solving mindset with a bias for action.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Physically capable of performing essential job functions, including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a high-performing, high-volume shop and drive growth.
• Recruit, hire, and retain top talent to keep the shop staffed and performing.
• Develop and coach advisors and technicians.
• Drive performance across sales, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Maintain high standards for quality, organization, and safety.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, and workflow.
• Collaborate with leadership on new initiatives and rollouts.
