Job summary

Alloy Automotive Partners in The Woodlands, TX is seeking an Automotive General Manager to lead a high-performing shop. You will own day-to-day operations, recruit and develop a top team of advisors and technicians, and drive sales, efficiency, and customer experience at a high level.

You will shape the Houston market and beyond by testing initiatives with leadership, maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and organization, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a high-level operation in the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities (both written and verbal).
• High level of accountability and ownership.
• Problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Physically capable of performing essential job functions, including grasping, pushing, pulling, lifting (including items over 50 pounds), bending, and reaching overhead.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours.

• Lead all day-to-day operations of the shop.
• Recruit, hire, and retain top talent to keep the shop fully staffed and performing at a high level.
• Develop and coach advisors and technicians
• Drive performance across sales, efficiency, and customer experience
• Maintain high standards for quality, organization, and safety
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, and workflow
• Collaborate with leadership on new initiatives and rollouts
• Deliver a consistently exceptional customer experience
