Five Star Ford Stone Mountain in Snellville, GA seeks an energetic General Manager to lead our team and drive profitability. You will hire, train, motivate and manage staff to achieve growth and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced market.

Ideal candidates have Ford GM/GSM experience, a proven track record of meeting sales goals, and strong CRM/inventory control skills. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as Automotive GSM or GM with Ford experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals in a high-volume dealership.
• Experience using CRM platforms; Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus.
• Understanding of new/used inventory control and market trends.
• Professional appearance, self-motivated, and capable of leadership.

Responsibilities

The Five Star Automotive Group is looking for an energetic Ford General Manager to lead our Team at Five Star Ford Stone Mountain

Successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, have the ability to meet/exceed goals, and have good knowledge of the car buyer in today’s ever changing automotive market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record ofsuccessall while supporting our dealership staff and customers in building and representing our brand. Must be an innovative leader with the skills to hire, train, motivate and lead a team to achieving their goals.

Skills / Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 Years experience as successful Automotive GSM OR GM - Ford Experience Required
• Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals in large volume dealership
• Ability to effectively use a CRM platforms - Reynolds & Reynolds a plus
• An understanding of new/used inventory control
• Open to taking direction and not afraid to take initiative
• Must have a professional appearance and demeanor
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environment
• Solid history of commitment and stability
