Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 3 years of engineering experience.
• No immigration sponsorship or relocation offered; within 50 miles of Southfield, MI.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all Product Engineering deliverables for vehicle launch programs using DFMEA, Boundary Diagrams, DVP&R, PVP&R and DFSS disciplines.
• Develops commercially viable design solutions for new Evaporative Emissions / Vapor Valve opportunities.
• Supports prototype development through analysis, design, procurement, fabrication, assembly and test.
• Assists with Cost Out, Tool Moves/Wear Outs and Continuing Engineering activities as workload allows.
• Interacts with engineering, design, testing, PM, sales, manufacturing and supply chain to meet program objectives.
• Communicates with customers, partners and suppliers to achieve program goals.
