Job summary

Jiffy Lube is seeking a friendly Cashier to be the face of our service center, answering phones, greeting guests, processing payments, and explaining services.

You will handle data entry, assist technicians, and participate in Jiffy Lube University training, with opportunities to advance to Lube Technician or Customer Service Advisor. Starting pay is $15 per hour, with bonuses, PTO, uniforms, discounts, and a great team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year automotive cashier or counter sales experience preferred; automotive office or business experience is acceptable.
• Bilingual is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone in a friendly manner.
• Greet guests on arrival and assist with questions or concerns.
• Review invoices and explain services performed.
• Tender payments by cash or credit for services and repairs.
• Explain technician recommendations and repairs to customers.
• Handle clerical duties including inventory, transfers, supplies, and data entry.
• Assist technicians with customer greetings and vehicle courtesy’s.
