Job summary

OKCARZ Bradenton is seeking a Floor Manager to guide customers through the full vehicle sales process, from application to contract closing.

You'll lead the sales team, support the Store Manager with daily operations, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while growing the business in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Applicants must have at least one year of sales management experience, a valid Florida driver's license, and the ability to commute to the Bradenton location daily.

Qualifications

• Sales management experience of at least 1 year is required.
• Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to reliably commute to an onsite location in Bradenton, FL.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the full vehicle sales process, from application to contract closing.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective clients.
• Prospect new business through social media, customer referrals, dealer connections, and other strategies.
• Respond to and follow up with internet leads; schedule appointments to drive showroom traffic.
• Assist the Store Manager with inventory control, customer service, and daily operational tasks.
• Grow and protect the business through customer relationship management and ethical practices.
• Support financing underwriting policies and guidelines.
• Coach and assist Sales Advisors with closing deals and overcoming objections.
• Serve as a liaison with the Home Office on various business needs.
