Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Glendale, AZ seeks a Customer Service Specialist to assist customers, determine needs, answer questions about Automotive Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend solutions. You will prepare orders for delivery or pickup and help maintain a safe, organized store environment.

This full-time role requires lifting up to 70 lbs, valid driver's license, and at least 1 year in customer service or retail.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Must have a valid, unrestricted drivers license.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
Must be willing to work all scheduled hours.
Minimum 1 year of work experience in customer service, retail or sales.

Responsibilities

Prepare orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
Load and unload products from deliveries.
Operate material handling, tinting, mixing and testing equipment safely.
Maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
Process sales transactions in the POS accurately per policies.
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
Keep a clean, safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures and regulations.
Ensure stockroom is organized and assist with inventory processes.
