Asbury in Plano, TX is seeking an Automotive Finance Assistant to help drive a seamless car-buying experience. You will work directly with Finance Managers and the accounting office to ensure prompt, ethical processing of deals and maintain strong lender relationships.

The role involves reviewing deals for accuracy, processing daily transactions, handling funding documents, and ensuring compliance with lending regulations.

Qualifications

• Prior compliance, banking, or lending experience preferred.
• Must understand lending and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong computer skills with internet and office software.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Finance Managers and accounting to ensure prompt, ethical processing of all deals.
• Review deals for errors, imperfections, or miscalculations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Process deals daily and report development to management.
• Fax, email, and mail documents as needed for funding and record retention.
• Ensure customer contracts in transition are funded within 10 days max.
• Maintain lender relationships to fund deals and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Work with service department to ensure aftermarket products are processed and delivered.
• Deal with local and national bankers and understand tag/title laws; DMV.
• Pass pre-employment screening; prior dealership experience is a plus.
