Heritage Hyundai Towson is seeking a top-producing Finance Manager to join our elite F&I team at MileOne Autogroup.

This role offers $100,000–$250,000 with unlimited commission, plus great training, tenured lender relationships, and clear opportunities for advancement within one of the country’s largest auto groups.

You will support the F&I process, generate income through protection plans, and lead sales staff to exceed goals with solid dealership relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager.
• Proficiency with Reynolds & Reynolds (IGNITE), RouteOne and eLeads preferred.
• Ability to deliver all retail deliveries and complete paperwork.
• Lead sales staff to improve profitability and meet goals.
• Basic MS Office knowledge and general math skills.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Utilize and support the dealership F&I selling process for compliance and disclosure with all vehicle deliveries.
• Generate additional income through sales of protection plans, service contracts.
• Benchmark dealership production goals with the General Manager to measure growth.
• Maintain relationships with finance sources to ensure best rates and service with customers.
