Job summary

Fred Beans Automotive is seeking a Finance Manager for our Ford dealership in Mechanicsburg, PA. The role focuses on delivering financing options, preparing all necessary paperwork, and coordinating with sales to close deals.

You will arrange financing for customers and promote products to enhance ownership, working closely with customers, salespeople and managers. This position is exempt and located at the Mechanicsburg location.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of auto finance, loans and leases.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to collaborate with sales teams and other departments.

The Finance Manager has three very distinct areas of responsibility, working with customers, sales people and sales managers to deliver their vehicles, which includes preparing and signing all the necessary paperwork, arranging financing for all customers, and selling products to enhance the customer’s ownership period.
