Job summary

Honda Carland is seeking an experienced Finance Manager in Roswell, GA to lead the financing process, secure approvals, and maintain accurate customer and title documentation. The role involves coordinating with sales and lending partners, driving profit, and forecasting departmental performance.

The ideal candidate has automotive finance experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of automotive finance manager experience.
• Must possess strong communication skills to work with customers, employees and vendors.
• Ability to achieve sales goals with high customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work well with customers, co-workers, and lending institutions.
• Ability to work days, nights and weekends as needed.
• Must have a valid Georgia driver's license with clean MVR.
• DealerTrack experience is a plus.
• Must submit to and pass a background & drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with all sources of finance and insurance products.
• Submit proper documentation to obtain approval for all possible finance transactions.
• Collaborate with sales management to ensure a 100% turnover to Finance & Insurance.
• Partner with Sales Managers to secure a reasonable profit from each transaction.
• Forecast finance department performance with sales to achieve target penetration and income.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with all sources of finance and insurance products, factory and otherwise.
• Submit proper documentation to obtain approval for all possible finance transactions.
• Work with sales management to establish and maintain a program that will ensure a 100-percent turnover to the Finance & Insurance department.
• Work with Sales Managers to secure a reasonable profit from each transaction.
• Establish forecast for finance department in conjunction with sales department to achieve a desired percent of penetration and income.
• Verify the accuracy of all title lien information, taxes, and other documents on customer paperwork.
• Ensure accuracy of customer information in dealership data bases (including e-mail addresses).
• Forward completed deals to office in a timely manner.
• Prepare monthly reports on finance penetration and products sold.
• Keep sales management up to date with regard to rates and products.
• Complete all training certifications as directed by management.
• Follow policies and procedures as set forth in the handbook
• Training and providing the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealerships financing and extended service programs.
• Any other duties as assigned.
