Job Summary

Automotive experience required (sales or F&I). The Finance Manager is responsible for completing the final title work, finance paperwork, vehicle registration, and answering all customer questions related to the overall cost of ownership of each vehicle purchase. The individual will work with sales staff to increase finance and insurance income, vehicle sale volume, and serve our dealership customers effectively.

Responsibilities:

1. Process finance and lease transactions, including lender approvals and timely funding.
2. Ensure all administrative processes are handled promptly and comply with company policy.
3. Address all returned contract issues.
4. Complete all required title transfer transactions.
5. Communicate transaction progress with the Sales Managers on a deal-to-deal basis.
6. Ensure the dealership fully complies with all State and Federal laws and regulations.
7. Ensure customer satisfaction on every transaction and address any issues immediately if needed.

Requirements:

1. Must have previous work experience as a Finance Manager or related position at a dealership.
2. Ability to follow a process.
3. Strong technical skills.
4. Minimum of 3 years of automotive sales experience.
5. Previous experience with finance, insurance, and auto dealership software; CRM and automation experience is a plus!
6. Coachable and possess the ability to learn and develop.
7. Possess a valid driver's license and have a clean motor vehicle report.

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit continuously, walking the dealership lot and showroom floor.
• Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs, and lift occasionally.
