Bill Page Honda in Falls Church, VA is seeking an organized and energetic Automotive Finance Manager to lead the auto loan financing process and close product sales. You will collaborate with internal teams to fund contracts accurately, while working independently and supporting team goals.

The role requires significant automotive F&I experience, strong communication, and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Age 21+ and valid driver's license required.
At least 5 years automotive experience and 2 years automotive F&I experience.
Franchise dealership experience preferred; Honda experience is a plus.
CDK and Darwin menus experience preferred but not required; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

Structure deals and close product sales.
Monitor the F&I sales process to maximize profitability.
Oversee dealership customer loan origination and approval process.
Maintain relationships with prime and subprime lenders.
Prepare all required federal, state, and dealer paperwork accurately.
Submit paperwork to accounting in a timely manner.
Establish and maintain monthly forecasted income, penetration levels, and CSI scores.

Job Description

Automotive Finance Manager - We are seeking an organized, personable and communicative Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the auto loan financing process, closing product sales, ensuring timely and accurate funding of financing contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve any related discrepancies. This position requires both working independently and contributing to overall team goals.

Responsibilities

Protect the dealership by following all applicable federal and state laws
Structure deals and close product sales
Monitor the F&I sales process with the goal of maximizing profitability
Oversee dealership customer loan origination and approval process
Maintain strong relationships with prime and subprime lenders
Prepare all federal, state, and dealer paperwork accurately
Submit all required paperwork to the accounting department in a timely manner
Establish and maintain monthly forecasted income, penetration levels, and customer satisfaction index (CSI) scores

Qualifications

21 years of age or older required
Valid driver's license required
At least 5 years of automotive experience required
At least 2 years of automotive F&I experience required
Prior high volume car dealership experience required
Franchise dealership experience required
Honda experience preferred but not required
CDK experience preferred but not required
Darwin menus experience preferred but not required
