As an F&I Manager, you will assist customers with vehicle financing and insurance, explain aftermarket products and warranties, and collaborate with the sales team to provide financing options. Building relationships with lenders to secure competitive rates is essential, along with processing deals accurately and securing approvals through proper channels.

The typical schedule is Monday through Saturday, with one day off during the week, totaling 45-48 hours per week.

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's in Finance or related field preferred
