As an F&I Manager, your responsibilities include working with customers on vehicle financing and insurance, explaining aftermarket products and warranties, and collaborating with the sales team to provide information on finance and lease programs. You will seek out new lending institutions, maintain relationships with lenders, and ensure accurate processing of deals through proper channels. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.

The typical schedule is Monday through Saturday, with one day off during the week, totaling 45-48 hours per week.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's in Finance or related field preferred
• 1-2 years automotive industry experience
