Pro Motion Pix LLC in San Diego is seeking an Automotive Field Technician to travel between dealership locations, capture vehicle photos, and complete routes efficiently while maintaining high quality standards. This full-time role offers a base pay of $25.00 per hour plus per-vehicle payout, mileage reimbursement, and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) for eligible employees.

Responsibilities

• Travel between assigned dealership locations using your own vehicle.
• Locate vehicles, keys, and dealership contacts.
• Move and stage vehicles in designated areas when needed.
• Capture vehicle photos, videos, and 360° spins using a company-issued iPhone and app.
• Communicate with dealership staff about missing vehicles, keys, or inventory questions.
• Complete daily routes efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Walk dealership lots and work outdoors throughout the day.
• Follow company procedures for consistent, accurate results.
• Represent Pro Motion Pix professionally at each dealership.

Automotive Field Technician

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or until route is completed Route: San Diego, Lemon Grove, National City & surrounding areas Pay: $25.00++ per hour Hourly pay combines base pay and per-vehicle photo payout. Potential flexibility based on experience and qualifications.

What You'll Do

Who We're Looking For

• Automotive: detailers, porters, lot attendants, inventory specialists, lube technicians
• Warehouse: material handling, inventory, loading/unloading
• Construction & skilled trades
• Landscaping & outdoor work
• Delivery & route-based positions
• Maintenance, moving, and other physically active jobs

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of consistent work history preferred
• Experience in automotive, warehouse, construction, landscaping, delivery, or similar hands-on work preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
• Ability to perform physical tasks and walk dealership lots throughout the day
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications
• Manual transmission experience is a plus, but not required
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Compensation & Benefits

• $25.00++ per hour — base pay + per-vehicle photo payout
