Job summary

Pro-MotionPix, LLC is seeking a dependable Automotive Inventory Technician to support automotive dealerships throughout the Oakland and Berkeley areas. You’ll travel between assigned dealerships, locate and stage vehicles, and capture vehicle photos using a company-issued iPhone.

This full-time role keeps you active outdoors, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a base pay of $25 per hour plus per-vehicle payout. It is a hands-on, process-driven position focused on accuracy.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Minimum 1 year of consistent work history preferred.
• Able to walk dealership lots and perform physical tasks outdoors.
• Comfortable using smartphones and learning new apps.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned dealerships using your own vehicle.
• Locate vehicles, keys, and dealership contacts.
• Move and stage vehicles as needed.
• Capture photos, videos, and 360° spins using a company-issued iPhone app.
• Communicate inventory questions to dealership staff.
• Follow established procedures and quality standards.

Automotive Inventory Technician Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or until route is completed

Route: Oakland, Berkeley & surrounding areas

Pay: $25.00++ per hour

Hourly pay is a combination of base pay and per-vehicle photo payout.

Pro-MotionPix is hiring a dependable Automotive Inventory Technician to support automotive dealerships throughout the Oakland and Berkeley areas.

This is a structured, field-based position for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and working with vehicles. You'll travel between assigned dealerships, help locate and stage vehicles, communicate with dealership staff, and use a company-issued iPhone to capture vehicle photos, videos, and 360° spins.

No professional photography experience is required. Paid training is provided.

This is not a creative photography or studio position. It's a hands-on role focused on following a consistent process, completing assigned routes, maintaining accuracy, and keeping dealership inventory up to date.

What You'll Do

• Travel to assigned dealerships using your own reliable vehicle
• Locate vehicles, keys, and dealership contacts
• Move and stage vehicles in designated areas when needed
• Capture vehicle photos, videos, and 360° spins using a company-issued iPhone and app
• Communicate with dealership staff about missing vehicles, keys, and inventory questions
• Follow established procedures and quality standards
• Complete assigned routes efficiently and stay on schedule
• Walk dealership lots and work outdoors throughout the day
• Work independently while representing Pro-MotionPix professionally

Requirements

• Valid driver's license

• Minimum 1 year of consistent work history preferred
• Automotive, warehouse, construction, landscaping, delivery, or similar experience preferred
• Ability to walk dealership lots and perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditionsStrong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications
• Manual transmission experience is a plus, but not required
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Compensation & Benefits
