Pro Motion Pix LLC in the Fremont/San Jose area is hiring a dependable Dealership Support Technician to service automotive dealerships. This field-based role uses a company-issued iPhone and app to photograph vehicles, capture 360° spins, and coordinate with dealership staff.

You will travel to multiple dealerships on a scheduled route, work outdoors, perform physical tasks, and maintain accurate online inventories while staying reliable and organized.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable vehicle required.
• Minimum 1 year of consistent work history preferred.
• Automotive, warehouse, construction, landscaping, delivery, or similar hands-on experience preferred.
• Comfortable walking dealership lots and performing physical tasks throughout the day.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications.
• Manual transmission experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Locate vehicles, keys, and dealership contacts to complete daily assignments.

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or until work is completed

Route: Fremont, San Jose & Surrounding Areas

Pay: $25.00++ per hour

Hourly pay listed is a combination of base pay and per-vehicle photo payout.

Pro-MotionPix is hiring a dependable Dealership Support Technician to service automotive dealerships throughout the Fremont and San Jose area.

This is a hands-on, field-based position for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, working outdoors, and visiting different dealership locations throughout the day.

You'll help dealerships keep their online vehicle inventory accurate and up to date. Your responsibilities will include locating vehicles and keys, moving vehicles into designated staging areas, communicating with dealership staff, and capturing vehicle photos, 360° spins, and videos using a company-issued iPhone and app.

No professional photography experience is required. We provide paid training and teach you our process from the ground up.

This is not a creative photography or studio position. It's a structured, process-driven job focused on reliability, efficiency, consistency, communication, and quality.

What You’ll Do

Who We're Looking For

This position is a great fit for people coming from hands-on, active work environments such as:

Automotive: Porters, lot attendants, detailers, lube technicians, inventory specialists

Warehouse: Material handlers, inventory associates, distribution, loading/unloading

Construction: Laborers, installers, skilled trades

Landscaping: Crew members, grounds maintenance, outdoor labor

Delivery: Delivery drivers, route drivers, merchandisers

Other hands-on work: Maintenance, facilities, moving, or similar physical positions
