2+ years field claims experience with a strong understanding of claims handling, estimating, and vehicle damage assessment.
Proficiency with CCC ONE and the ability to write accurate estimates and negotiate claim settlements.
Experience working with customers, repair facilities, and other claim stakeholders to drive positive claim outcomes.
Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively as a team player, supporting peers and contributing to overall team success.
This is a virtual, field-based position supporting the Springfield, MO territory. Candidates must reside in or near Springfield, MO, as the role requires regular travel to customer locations, repair facilities, and body shops.
Willingness to travel as needed in support of CAT response efforts.
