Job summary

Connecticut Management Company, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking a Facilities Representative to maintain our facility and equipment, ensuring smooth daily operations and a high standard of customer service.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, repairs as needed, and working within a team to support production and service delivery in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate and maintenance experience required.
• Strong on-the-job training ability and general construction background preferred.
• Associates degree or equivalent and 3–5 years related experience or higher.
• Certification in electrical and HVAC repair is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain world class facility per PAG standards.
• Perform routine grounds and building maintenance; repair or replace dealership equipment to maximize production.
• Provide courteous, professional service reflecting PAG values.
