Job summary
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Facilities Engineer in Belvidere, Illinois, to support automotive manufacturing initiatives across assembly operations and facility layouts. This contract opportunity offers exposure to infrastructure assessments and production line coordination within a high-impact environment.
Candidates should have 3+ years in automotive manufacturing, strong facility engineering experience, and the ability to review technical drawings and collaborate with multiple teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing.
- Experience in facility engineering activities.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing facility layouts.
- Ability to review drawings, plans and engineering documentation.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and project teams.
- Analyze facility infrastructure and operating requirements.
Responsibilities
- Support facility engineering activities within a manufacturing environment.
- Review and develop facility and production layouts.
- Coordinate overall plant layout maintenance and updates.
- Conduct line integrator scope reviews.
- Perform electrical distribution surveys and assessments.
- Complete facility lighting surveys and evaluations.
- Conduct conveyor carrier surveys and inspections.
- Identify opportunities to improve facility functionality and efficiency.
