Stuteville Auto Group in Atoka, OK, seeks an experienced Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team. You will secure financing, present protection products, and manage the F&I process from quote to funding with accuracy and compliance.

The role emphasizes building lender relationships, using e-contracting and dealership tech to streamline transactions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting Sales and Accounting for timely funding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of automotive dealership F&I experience.
• Proven ability to drive strong F&I performance with compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Experience with lender portals and electronic contracting.
• Familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds and dealership management systems.
• Detail-oriented with excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Secure financing and present financing options to customers clearly and professionally.
• Present and sell vehicle service contracts, GAP coverage, and other available protection products.
• Manage the F&I process from deal submission through contracting and funding.
• Utilize e-contracting and dealership technology to streamline transactions and minimize errors.
• Maintain strong lender relationships and negotiate competitive financing terms.
• Ensure all contracts and required documentation are accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable regulations.
• Maximize F&I profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Work closely with Sales and Accounting to ensure smooth deal processing and timely funding.
