Qualifications

• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in processing financing and leasing deals accurately while offering explanations of aftermarket products and extended warranties.
• Review and understand customers’ credit scores and financial situations to help them make the best decisions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with banking, lending and finance institutions.
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability.
• Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect the finance department.
• Work closely with the sales department to ensure all new sales are reviewed by the finance department for accuracy.
