Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
• In-depth knowledge of financial products, lending practices, and compliance regulations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and dealership management systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Process and secure vehicle financing and insurance transactions for dealership customers.
• Develop relationships with lending institutions to obtain favorable financing options.
• Present financing options, warranties, insurance, and other products to customers.
• Prepare accurate and legally compliant documentation.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and regulations.
• Maximize profitability through effective sales strategies and negotiation.
• Train and mentor sales staff on financing procedures.
• Maintain records of sales activities using CRM systems.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics and profitability.
