The Ed Napleton Automotive Group in Palm Beach Gardens is seeking an Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager to drive credit decisions and present financing options to customers. You will bridge the sales-finance process, ensure regulatory compliance, and help tailor products to each buyer.

Candidates with automotive sales or finance experience, a valid FL driver's license, and strong communication skills will thrive in this fast-paced environment within our growing group.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior Automotive F&I experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers and transition them from Sales to Finance during vehicle purchase.
• Develop relationships with customers and staff to understand financing needs.
• Present transparent financing options and products to customers.
• Process finance transactions ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and build referrals.
• Achieve targeted sales goals and maintain accurate administrative records.
