Job summary

Advanced Dealer Solutions seeks an experienced F&I Manager to lead our finance and insurance process in Elyria, OH. You will ensure compliant, ethical presentations of offerings and timely paperwork, while maintaining excellent customer service and communication.

Applicants should have 5+ years in F&I management, a high school diploma, and a strong commitment to ethics. Weekend availability may be required, with competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an F&I manager role or similar.
• Strong ethics and compliance orientation.
• Proven ability to present offers clearly and compliantly.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a consistent and compliant F&I experience.
• Present consumer offerings competently and ethically.
• Ensure all deals comply with local, state and federal guidelines.
• Accurately prepare paperwork in a timely manner.
• Track contracts in transit and secure funding promptly.
• Demonstrate great customer service and communication skills.
• Be available to work Saturdays as needed.
