Job summary

Rochester Mazda, part of the Rochester Motor Cars family, is seeking entry-level automotive technicians ready to learn the machinery side of the auto world. Our ground floor training prepares you for growth and advancement, with hands-on service drive training from veteran technicians.

Wage range starts at $17.00 to $20.00 per hour. We offer a robust benefits package, opportunities for career advancement, and a supportive learning environment for individuals who want to grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Communication skills required to interact with team members.
• Time management to handle one's own tasks and coordinating with others.
• Basic computer skills for daily shop tasks and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Complete vehicle inspection.
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter.
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer's perspective comes first.
