Job summary

Rochester Ford in Rochester, MN is seeking an automotive technician to join a busy service department. You will perform repairs and diagnostics with pride, using modern tools and a commitment to high-quality service for every customer.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety compliance, and efficient completion of work while communicating needed services to the Service Advisor. ASE certifications are a plus, a clean driving record is required, and ongoing training and career advancement

Qualifications

ASE certifications are a plus.
Strong automotive background.
Clean and valid driver's license.
Willing to submit to a background check.

Responsibilities

Perform work on the repair order with efficiency per dealership standards.
Test-drive vehicles and diagnose components with diagnostic tools and equipment.
Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems (engine, transmission, brakes, A/C, etc.).
Communicate with the Service Advisor about any additional service needed and provide time estimates.
Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
