Job summary

Rochester Chevrolet Cadillac is seeking entry-level automotive technicians for its service department in Rochester, MN. Our ground floor training will prepare you for growth and advancement in your career, working alongside veteran technicians who mentor you through hands-on service drive trainings.

You will learn to use the latest tools and equipment, perform oil changes, fluid checks, tire inflation, inspections, and basic maintenance while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Communication skills; must communicate effectively with others.
• Time management; manage one's own time and time of others.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with common software.
• Clean driving record; valid driver's license.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Check oil level and communicate with teammates.
• Ensure tire pressure is correct.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as needed.
• Complete vehicle inspections.
• Install a new oil drain plug and oil filter.
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service with the customer's perspective in mind.
