Job summary

Asbury in Massachusetts is seeking an entry-level Quick Lube Automotive Technician to perform basic maintenance and parts servicing on customer vehicles. You will complete oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections while learning through internal training programs and manufacturer-sponsored courses.

The role emphasizes teamwork, a positive attitude, and growth opportunities within a fast-paced automotive service environment. Valid license and basic tools are required.

Qualifications

• Entry-level Quick Lube Technician position.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Automotive technical school certifications preferred.
• Previous experience highly preferred; apprenticeship experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, balancing of tires and battery testing.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
• Make accurate use of the multi-point inspection form on each vehicle.
• Utilize product and technical training as assigned by the manufacturer and management.
• Ensure customer vehicles are returned in the same or better condition.
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training and schools.
• Expand knowledge for new technologies and practices.

Compensation: $45,000-$65,000+

The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type and years and experience within the industry, education, etc.

The Quick Lube Technician is an entry level technician who is responsible for performing the basic maintenance of customer vehicles.This position requires exceptional teamwork and the ability to work repetitively on complex tasks.This is an hourly paid position.
