Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington is seeking an entry-level Quick Lube Automotive Technician. You will perform oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and routine maintenance, using basic tools and following multi-point inspection processes.

A positive attitude and teamwork are essential as you grow with our service team. You must be at least eighteen, have a valid license, and be willing to pass pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• Entry level technician position focused on learning the basics of maintenance.
• Must be eighteen years of age or older and have a valid driver's license.
• Automotive technical school certifications preferred; apprenticeship helpful.
• Previous experience is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, balancing of tires and battery testing.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
• Complete the multi-point inspection form on each vehicle.
• Utilize manufacturer training and internal guidance to service cars.
• Ensure vehicles are returned in good condition or better.

Compensation: $45,000-$65,000+

The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but is not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type and years and experience within the industry, education, etc.

The Quick Lube Technician is an entry level technician who is responsible for performing the basic maintenance of customer vehicles.This position requires exceptional teamwork and the ability to work repetitively on complex tasks.This is an hourly paid position.

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, balancing of tires and battery testing
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance
• Makes accurate use of the multi-pointinspection form on each vehicle
• Utilizes product and technical training as assigned by the manufacturer and management
• Takes care to ensure that customer vehicles are returned to them in the same condition or better than when brought in
• Participates in manufacturer-sponsored training, programs and schools.
• Continuously expand your knowledge for new technologies and practice
• Automotive technical school certifications preferred
• Previous experience highly preferred
• Apprenticeship experience a plus
• Must have a positive attitude and be a team player
• Must be at leasteighteen years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have basic tools
• Must pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test)
