Job summary

Rochester Motor Cars Automotive Group is seeking motivated individuals to join our service team. Our ground-floor training prepares you for growth in the auto world, with hands-on service drive training to ramp up quickly.

You will work with veteran technicians who guide you through tools, equipment, and safe, quality service. We reward hard work and offer career advancement opportunities in a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Effective communication with teammates and customers.
• Strong time management and reliability in a fast-paced shop.
• Basic computer skills for workflow and checklists.
• Clean driving record for vehicle test drives and internal use.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Check oil level and communicate with teammates.
• Ensure tire pressure is correct for proper inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Complete vehicle inspections as part of service workflow.
• Assist with installing a new oil drain plug and oil filter.
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service with the customer's perspective in mind.
