Johnson City Toyota is hiring Automotive Express/Maintenance Technicians to join a high-volume service team. Starting pay is $28.00 per hour flat rate with production bonuses and a structured technician development program in a climate-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive maintenance or technician experience.
• Automotive technical education or training.

Responsibilities

• Performing oil changes and multi-point inspections.
• Rotating and balancing tires.
• Replacing engine air filters, cabin air filters, and wiper blades.
• Inspecting brakes, steering, and suspension components.
• Checking, replenishing, and maintaining fluid levels.
• Completing maintenance services according to Toyota and dealership standards.
• Identifying potential repair opportunities and communicating findings to management.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
