Job summary

Toyota of North Charlotte is seeking Automotive Express/Maintenance Technicians to join our award-winning, high-volume service team. This on-site role includes a production bonus and a clear career path via Hudson Automotive Group.

Qualified applicants will have a valid driver’s license; express technician experience is preferred. You will perform oil changes, filter replacements, inspections, and other maintenance tasks per dealership and factory standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Previous express technician experience preferred.
• Customer-focused and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic safety inspections and oil drain/refill.
• Carry out repair orders with efficiency and accuracy per dealership standards.
• Replace air filters, cabin air filters, and wiper blades as directed by management.
• Inspect vehicle fluid levels and tire pressures; replenish as needed.
• Follow factory standards and dealership procedures during maintenance.
