Job summary

Johnson City Toyota in Johnson City, TN is seeking motivated Automotive Express/Maintenance Technicians to join our high-volume service team. You will perform basic maintenance tasks and learn Toyota standards in a dynamic shop.

Starting pay is $28.00 per hour (flat rate) with production bonuses. We offer a Toyota Technician Development Program, climate-controlled facility, and clear advancement paths from Express to Master Technician.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive maintenance or technician experience.
• Automotive technical education or training.

Responsibilities

• Performing oil changes and multi-point inspections.
• Rotating and balancing tires.
• Replacing engine air filters, cabin air filters, and wiper blades.
• Inspecting brakes, steering, and suspension components.
• Checking, replenishing, and maintaining fluid levels.
• Completing maintenance services according to Toyota and dealership standards.
• Identifying potential repair opportunities and communicating findings to management.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What You'll Do

As an Express/Maintenance Technician, you'll help keep our customers' vehicles safe and operating at peak performance by:

• Performing oil changes and multi-point inspections
