Job Opportunity: Express Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Express Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career as a certified Master Technician. If you're currently employed at a quick lube or independent repair shop and aspire to work at a dealership, we offer a clear path for growth. Our philosophy is to promote from within, training our entry-level technicians to become future Master flat rate technicians through additional schooling and training. If you have the desire and motivation, we can provide the pathway for you.

Responsibilities

The Lube Technician services vehicles as assigned, following all standards and procedures. This includes rotating tires, performing multi-point inspections, and changing automotive fluids. Checks include oil, tire pressure and condition, filters, windshield wiper fluid, power steering fluid, brake fluid, transmission and differential fluids, and engine coolant. Our goal is to deliver high-quality service while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least one year of experience; automotive training or repair experience is a plus
• Unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, strong communication skills, and a commitment to world-class customer service
• State-certified inspectors are a plus
