Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License is required.
- Previous Express Technician or Automotive Maintenance experience preferred.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential.
- Desire to learn and grow within the automotive industry.
- Team-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindset.
Responsibilities
- Performing oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance services.
- Conducting multi-point and safety inspections.
- Checking and topping off vehicle fluid levels.
- Replacing air filters, cabin filters, and wiper blades.
- Inspecting tire condition and adjusting tire pressure as needed.
- Completing work orders efficiently and accurately according to manufacturer and dealership standards.
- Identifying maintenance needs and communicating findings with service advisors and management.
