Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati is hiring Automotive Express/Maintenance Technicians to perform oil changes and routine maintenance in a climate-controlled, high-volume service facility.

Starting pay is $16 per hour with paid training and a defined career path within the Hudson Automotive Group. A valid driver's license is required, with opportunities to develop skills and advance within the brand.

Qualifications

• Experience as Express, Lube, or Maintenance Technician preferred.
• Basic automotive maintenance knowledge required.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes and routine maintenance services.
• Complete vehicle safety and multi-point inspections.
• Replace engine air filters, cabin air filters, and wiper blades.
• Inspect and replenish vehicle fluid levels; check tires and adjust pressure.
• Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Coordinate with Parts Department when parts are needed.
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs.
• Care for customer vehicles during services.

What You’ll Do

• Perform oil and filter changes and routine maintenance services

What We’re Looking For

• Preferred Previous Express, Lube, or Maintenance Technician experience
• Automotive technical school education or training
• Basic automotive maintenance knowledge
• Required: Valid Driver's License
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Dependable and coachable attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
