Job summary
Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati is hiring Automotive Express/Maintenance Technicians to perform oil changes and routine maintenance in a climate-controlled, high-volume service facility.
Starting pay is $16 per hour with paid training and a defined career path within the Hudson Automotive Group. A valid driver's license is required, with opportunities to develop skills and advance within the brand.
Qualifications
- Experience as Express, Lube, or Maintenance Technician preferred.
- Basic automotive maintenance knowledge required.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Perform oil and filter changes and routine maintenance services.
- Complete vehicle safety and multi-point inspections.
- Replace engine air filters, cabin air filters, and wiper blades.
- Inspect and replenish vehicle fluid levels; check tires and adjust pressure.
- Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Coordinate with Parts Department when parts are needed.
- Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs.
- Care for customer vehicles during services.
